Thank you very much! Background is my favourite part despite not knowing what I'm doing with it most of the time. But that's the fun of it, to see things finally come together with each stroke. For the characters, sometimes I feel like it's a boring routine (make even more boring when using a mouse) to draw them: head first, then hair, then torso ect., ect. The only fun part is drawing the right expression for them.

I feel so guilty for not picking up on this one sooner; it took my breath - and words - away, and I've been floored for a decent comment since I first saw it ( about a couple hours after I got your comment, actually... I'm a right sod... ).

There's something so very deep in this picture, with the two of them taking a break from driving. Your choice of a place so filled with greenery contrasts what I always pictured in the setting of TEotR - wasteland, slums etc.

It's rather refreshing, really, to see them in a place that just radiates with life. With - dare I say it - hope for the future.

...can I say I'm inspired? Well, I'm inspired. XD

I don't know how I'd go with writing so soon after nearly falling out of the white van ( which just parked, and I was asleep against the door... ), but be it for this or for whatever works I have up my sleeve... I'll get to it soon enough. XD;;

I love many things about this scene. Aside from the obvious CloudLeon-styled banter, there are some subtleties in it that got me envision this scene over and over. Like how Leon slept with a troubled countenance. As I read up to that part, I realized Leon might actually be the more 'tragic' one in this story, despite the first part having suggested otherwise. Maybe I read too much into it, but the bit where Leon tossed a bundle of cloth at Cloud who subsequently revealed it to be a worn trenchcoat, it got me thinking "Seifer's? Irvine's?" XD. I regret not bringing this detail in, but admittedly it would cramp the picture if I did.

Didn't expect it to inspire you, seeing as it itself was inspired by your fic. Now it feels like a loop. XD Still I'm happy that it did because I can't wait for what you have in store for all of us!

I hesitate to comment on your art until I know I will have the time to actually write what I feel about it....that's why it took so long
But wow...as always, you leave me standing with this inspired feeling. I wanna practice and be better like you I just.....fall in love with this style! There's always so much to see...

...which makes me wonder, why it doesn't get more recognition!
I want others to see these peices and feel what I do!
Its like...the pictures you make remind me of looking up at an enormus building...there's this feeling of awe and respect, and also something that makes you feel humbled. (Does this make sense? )

I try not to think too much about styles. More often than not I think mine is just an excuse for not being able to do it more realistically; then again, there are times that I do weird things deliberately. So it makes my head hurt thinking about creating my own style; so I just let it create itself... But I'm happy that it has inspired you!

I think recognition goes both ways here at DA, unless you're extraordinarily good. Meaning, watching a lot of people might bring you some watchers in return. Sadly I don't do that a lot. Often I just go on a 'faving' rampage when I feel like looking at pretty pictures.
